DESCRIPTION: Made in the 1990s, by Oil & Vinegar Brand from France. The lid says Fromage Au Four and it is used to prepare Brie Cheese in the oven, so yummy!! The dish has a edge that on the bottom portion that is embossed with radishes, basil, celery, and olives. The lid has a open area for a serving spoon, (Spoon is not included). The dish is high quality and very well made. It is oven safe (see backstamp), microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. It is made of heavy ceramic. Please be aware it gets very hot when heated so take precautions! This makes a lovely hostess gift for the gourmet!
